MADE TO ORDER ITEMS and PREORDER Items Are NOT able to be cancelled. Due to the nature of these items they can ONLY be returned for store credit. Size or design changes to made to order items already in production are not allowed.
To ensure fair use of our returns policy, we may limit or decline returns where multiple sizes or variations of the same item are purchased and mostly returned (e.g., ordering several items with the intention of keeping only one).
