MADE TO ORDER ITEMS and PREORDER Items Are NOT able to be cancelled. Due to the nature of these items they can ONLY be returned for store credit. Size or design changes to made to order items already in production are not allowed.
Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return, refunds, exchanges nor store credit. Final is Final!
We believe that 30 days is adequate amount of time to fall in love with your purchase. Any requests to return or exchange items over 30 days from the delivery date will be denied without exception.
