Where We Accept Returns
We accept eligible returns from customers in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and European Union within 30 days of delivery.
SUITREVIEW Elmhurst Collection
Eligible returns from the SUITREVIEW Elmhurst Collection include free return shipping.
Suitsupply Past Collection Returns
Suitsupply Past Collection items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and returned with all original tags attached.
Because these are limited-availability past-collection items, return shipping is not free. We provide a prepaid return label and deduct the applicable return shipping fee from your refund.
Return Shipping Fees — Suitsupply Past Collection
Suits
1 suit returned: $30
2 suits returned in the same shipment: $45 total
Each additional suit beyond two: +$30 per suit
Blazers / Sport Coats
1 blazer or sport coat returned: $25
2 returned in the same shipment: $40 total
Each additional blazer or sport coat beyond two: +$25 per item
For returns containing both suits and blazers, the first two items returned together will receive the applicable combined-shipment reduction. Any additional items beyond two will be charged at the standard single-item return shipping fee.
These fees apply to items returned together in one return shipment. Separate return shipments may each incur their own return shipping fee.
Return Packaging
Important: Please return your items in the original SUITREVIEW shipping box or a similarly sized box. Do not use unnecessarily large or oversized packaging.
Carriers may apply dimensional-weight or oversized-package surcharges when a substantially larger box is used. Additional carrier charges caused by oversized or inappropriate return packaging may be deducted from your refund.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition with all original tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, alteration, damage, or missing tags may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds & Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, less any applicable return shipping deductions. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your return after it arrives. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time for the refund to appear on your account.

Exchanges
Need a different size? Start your return through the online returns portal above and let us know you’d like an exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.
If the requested replacement size is no longer available, we’ll process the item as a return and issue a refund to your original payment method. For Suitsupply Past Collection items, the applicable return shipping fee will apply.
Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Customers are expected to contact SUITREVIEW directly regarding any order, return, refund, delivery, or product issue before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
If a chargeback is filed without first giving SUITREVIEW a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter, we reserve the right to decline future orders from that customer.
This does not affect a customer’s legal rights or their ability to dispute genuinely unauthorized transactions.
