We accept eligible returns from customers in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and European Union within 30 days of delivery.
For the SUITREVIEW Elmhurst Collection, return shipping is free. For Suitsupply Past Collection items, we provide a prepaid return label and deduct the cost of the label from your refund.

We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition with all original tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, alteration, damage, or missing tags may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds & Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your return after it arrives. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time for the refund to appear on your account.

Exchanges
Need a different size? Start your return through the online returns portal above and let us know you’d like an exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested replacement size is no longer available, we’ll process the item as a return and issue a refund to your original payment method.
